Roberta Shapiro

My practice is designed to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible.   I am highly trained in the latest tools and techniques of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, EMDR, schema focused therapy and hypnotherapy as well as relaxation training, visualization and imagery.   These are all cutting edge therapies.

Research shows that these techniques help you move more quickly and effectively than older, less focused types of therapies. Whether you would like to learn to manage stress and anxiety more calmly, deal with anger more constructively, manage your relationships more happily or learn to calm yourself and dispel panic attacks or obsessive compulsive thinking, I will be flexible and creative in finding the therapy that is most effective and best suits you.
